Schedule: M-F, 8.30a.m. 4.30p.m 37.5 hours per week. Any additional hours worked beyond 37.5 hours per week must be approved in advance by your Manager and Human Resources.

Summary of position:

The primary purpose of this position is to provide project and administrative support for the Marketing Department, and assist with marketing needs for IES Abroad, including IES Abroad's Customized Department and IES Internships. The employee will work at the IES Abroad Chicago office during business hours (Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.).

Experience & Qualifications/Skills:

1+ year of related work experience
Superior editing and writing skills/experience
Outstanding organizational skills
Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects
Proven attention to detail
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Experience with study abroad a plus
Ability to work independently to complete projects as well as work across departments
Strong aptitude in MS Office

Education, Licenses and/or Certifications etc:

A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, English, Communications, or Journalism-related field or equivalent work experience
