Summary of position:

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides a high degree of administrative support to the President/CEO and Vice President for Strategy, New Business Initiatives and Analytics.  They also support the Events Planner/Office Manager by acting as the primary contact for all inquiries, scheduling issues, correspondence and any administrative coordination.  In this role, the Executive Administrative Assistant will also assist in the coordination of internal and external meetings and make travel arrangements while working independently, efficiently and exercising a high level of confidentiality.

Experience & Qualifications/Skills:

  • 5+ years related experience supporting senior level executives
  • Time / Project Management skills a must
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information with tact and discretion;
  • Ability to be flexible and highly adaptive to change
  • Advanced-level with Microsoft products
  • Able to work occasional weeknights and/or weekends

Education, Licenses and/or Certifications etc:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or the equivalent combination of education and experience
